We’re heading to MSP Global 2026

We’ve booked our place at MSP Global 2026, and we’re genuinely looking forward to it.

If you’ve not come across it, MSP Global is one of the biggest gatherings in the managed services world. Vendors, IT providers and people who run businesses like ours all end up in one room for a couple of days. For a team based in Eastbourne, that’s a lot of useful people to be near at once.

So why bother going? Two reasons, mostly.

The first is the people. A big chunk of what makes our job easier comes down to relationships with the companies whose tools we put in front of clients, Microsoft, Cloudflare, our hosting partners, and so on. Some conversations just go better face to face than over a support portal. We want to meet more of these folks, compare notes with other providers, and find partners who are good at the things we’d rather not pretend to be experts in.

The second is keeping up. The tech we recommend changes constantly. New security threats, new Microsoft 365 features, new ways things break. We’d rather hear about what’s coming from the people building it than read about it six months late. Whatever we pick up, we bring straight back to the businesses we look after in Eastbourne, Hailsham and Polegate.

We’re still sorting out the details, whether we’ll have a stand or just be walking the floor with too much coffee, so watch this space. Either way, if you’re going to be there too, say hello. We’re always up for a chat about IT, websites, or why your email keeps bouncing.

And if you’re a local business wondering what any of this means for you: not much directly, except that the people handling your tech are making a point of staying sharp. That’s the whole idea.
